Returns & Cancellations
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final as all items are custom, print to order. Additionally, Sugar B Designs is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
The only exceptions to returns are as follows:
- Product is damaged in transit. We will gladly refund or replace any item that arrived defective or damaged. We must be notified of damaged item within ten days of order arrival. A photo of the damaged item must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within the ten days.
- Printing mistakes made by Sugar B Designs, not printing mistakes due to incorrect text entered and approved by the customer. Review ALL text and photos before approving and purchasing your items. Sugar B Designs is not responsible for text on items that were incorrectly submitted by the customer or for errors on approved items. Photos submitted should be at least 3 megapixels/300 DPI (this means that a camera phone will generally not work). Sugar B Designs is not responsible for the print quality of of low resolution photos submitted by the customer. Upon proof approval, no changes will be made.
Refund requests applicable to the above circumstances must be initiated within ten (10) days of order arrival. Customer must provide photo(s) of product(s) in question.
What if I want to cancel my order?
All items are custom, print to order. Once the order has been submitted, it may not be cancelled.
